Wonderxchange FC fought bravely but fell to a narrow 2-1 defeat against Adamimogo FC in their second match of the Nationwide League One campaign.
The Lions started strongly at Dipo Dina Stadium, dominating early possession and creating good chances, including a strong penalty shout for Mighty that was waved away. Despite the fast start, Adamimogo FC struck twice — first from a fortunate rebound and then a long-range effort before halftime — leaving the Lions trailing at the break.
In the second half, Wonderxchange continued to push forward, but frustration grew as another clear penalty appeal was denied after Omolade was brought down inside the box. The pressure finally paid off late on when Mighty nodded home a consolation goal, his second strike of the season, but it wasn’t enough to avoid defeat.
