We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Oluwatope Ayokunle popularly known as TUBABA, as the Ambassador of Scouting & Talent Development for WonderXchange Football Club, effective immediately.
Tubaba is a football expert as well as a scouting & talent identification expert widely known across Ondo State for his passion for grassroots football development in the State by organizing various tournaments as well as collaborating with various foreign scouts to identify talents in the state.
In this new role with the cub, He will be responsible for series of talent developmental roles such as:
– Identifying and recruiting top talent for the club’s youth academy and senior teams
– Developing and implementing scouting strategies to discover emerging talent
– Building relationships with local and international football associations, clubs, and academies
– Providing expert advice on player development and talent identification
– Collaborating with the coaching staff to integrate new talent into the team
– Representing the club at local and international football events as well as across his social media platforms for more influence.
As Ambassador of Scouting & Talent Development, Tubaba will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Wonderxchange Football Club by uncovering and nurturing talented players who share the club’s values and vision.
