It was a shower of goals in the first half and we had to come from behind twice to settle for a thrilling 2-2 score line at halftime.

The visitors took an early lead against the run of play in the 19th minute after they capitalized on an error from lanky defender Adegbite Samson with their lead only lasting for two minutes as we went on to equalize in the 21st minute with Thomas Mathias firing home a brilliant square play from the right side by Osazu Sunday. The visitors went ahead once again after yet another error by GK Otaki Temitope in the 34th minute but they were only able to hold on to the lead for few minutes as we clapped back again in the 39th minute with Bello Olayemi laying off a beautiful pass to Oladimeji Niyi who slots home beautifully into the roof of the inside net.
The first half ended 2-2 with our gaffer , Coach Olayiwola making few changes before the second half got underway. The substitutions paid off in the 50th minute when Amaechi Sunday set Hassan Musa through on goal with the latter finishing it off beautifully to the right side of the GK. Chinedu Okorie went on to extend our lead in the 76th minute while Ucheibe Prince rounded it up with a fine finish in the 90th minutes leaving the score line at 5-2!!!
