Exciting news for The Lions! Wonderxchange FC is set to participate in the inaugural Cool Hopefuls Cup, a prestigious youth tournament designed to showcase top talents and foster competitive football at the grassroots level. The competition will take place at FC Ebedei Stadium, Sagamu, from February 10 to February 16, 2025.

As part of our journey in this tournament, Wonderxchange FC will also continue the FinRik Jersey Tour in Ogun State, giving our fans the opportunity to experience our latest kits up close while supporting the team in this highly anticipated competition.

About the Cool Hopefuls Cup

The Cool Hopefuls Cup, themed “Team Work Makes the Dream Work”, features eight elite teams from the Nationwide League One Division One (NLO) and NLO U19 Youth League. The tournament will also serve as a crucial scouting platform, with top FC Midtjylland scouts in attendance, making it an opportunity for players to impress and take their careers to the next level.

The teams have been drawn into two competitive groups:

Group A:

• FC Ebedei

• B.E Arena FC

• SDK FC

• AAYK FC

Group B:

• Elebuibon Boyz

• The Lord’s Favour FA

• FC Ebedei Juniors

• Wonderxchange FC

Each team will play in a round-robin format, with the top two from each group advancing to the semi-finals. The tournament will culminate in a thrilling final, where the champions will lift the Cool Hopefuls Cup trophy and receive Gold and Silver medals.
