The Lions’ search for a first win in this derby encounter continues today as the Hollumy boys remain unbeaten against the Lions in the past 4 meetings with the Lions having lost twice and settled for a draw twice.

Coach Michael Olayiwola made a couple of changes from his selection in the last two matches.

Emmanuel Yakubu returned to the starting lineup in goal while the trio of Victor Emelike, Seun Ojo and Sunday Emmanuel were preferred in the 3-man defence settings. Now back to full fitness, Afolabi Adeyina also returned to the lineup to earn his first start since recovering in defensive midfield partnered with Joseph Ajor and Melody Terdoo.

Omolade Ibitayo is named at the left wingback position. Musa Hassan is to be used in a makeshift position at right wing back with Chinedu Okorie and Amaechi Sunday partnering upfront.

Olalemi Bello, who suffered an injury scare in training, is fit enough to be named on the bench. Oluwatobi Dahunsi will have to sit this one out as he sustained an injury to his hip in training yesterday. Meanwhile, Bonny Akingbade is still not fit enough to make his comeback from a long-term absence with an ankle injury.
